Returns and refunds

Rusthall Finds have a 14-day return policy.Returns and refunds are accepted only if the item is not as/incorrectly described or arrives damaged/broken. Items must be returned in the same condition as when they were received.

Damages and issues 
Rusthall Finds is not liable for damages or loss sustained in transit via third parties or thitd party courriers, but please inspect your order upon reception and contact us if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Please remember that vintage or antique items can have wear or imperfections consistent with age hence carefully inspect photos and description given in listings.
