Mirror Pair 15cm Vintage Chinese Cloisonné Vases – Birds, Peonies and Magnolias

This beautiful mirror pair of vintage Chinese cloisonné vases feature a vibrant "Birds and Flowers" motif: a yellow songbird and pink peony on the front, with magnolia blossoms on the reverse. Hand-crafted with brass wire and colorful enamel on a white "cloud-scroll" background. Each vase sits on its original carved wooden stand and comes with an original vintage cardboard box.

Maker: unmarked; consistent with high-quality Beijing workshop production

Age: circa 1970s

Material: enamel, brass

Dimensions: 15cm/5.9” tall with no stands, (approximately 17cm/6.6”with stands),

girth 26cm/10.2”, 5cm/2” top diameter, weight 520gr (for a pair with wooden stands)

Condition: the enamel has no significant chips or cracks, one vase have some wear on enamel under rim, age-related oxidation to the brass inside the vases, typical for authentic vintage cloisonné, wirework is intact and well-defined.
