This vintage 1970s Tonalá Mexican folk art duck figurine combines hand-painted cobalt blue ceramic with an intricate, "armored" brass plate overlay. It features traditional glazed floral motifs framed by twisted wire borders.                                                                         It shows a beautifully aged, authentic patina and spotted lacquer on the brass metalwork, making it a unique, texturally rich statement piece for eclectic or bohemian home décor.
