Vintage Moroccan Safi Pottery Vase – Emerald Green with Hand-Applied Metal Filigree and Cabochons

An authentic handcrafted Safi terracotta vase featuring a rich emerald green crackle glaze. This piece is elegantly wrapped in intricate white metal wirework and accented with contrasting green glass cabochons. A perfect example of traditional North African artisan craft.

Maker: artisan-made in Safi, Morocco

Age: vintage from 1970s–1990s

Dimensions: 13cm/5.1” tall, girth 30cm/11.8”,base and top diameter 5.5cm/2.2”, weight 230gr

Material: glazed terracotta ceramic and white metal

Condition. Glaze: features a natural crackle finish (craquelure) consistent with vintage Safi pottery.

Metalwork: hand-soldered wirework and filigree, small indentation on the top rim and some oxidation/residue near the solder points, which adds to its authentic vintage patina.

Overall: structurally sound with no chips or cracks to the ceramic body.
