Vintage/Antique Wedgwood Black Basalt Cream Jug - Art Deco Matte Black Stoneware

A classic pre-war antique Wedgwood black basalt cream jug features finely detailed sculpted "Sybil" finial atop the lid, D-shaped geometric handle and integrated flush spout. The exterior is finished in an unglazed, smooth matte black, interior is fully glazed in a brilliant high-gloss black coating.

Condition: very good condition externally: no chips, cracks, or repairs, only minor scuffs consistent with age; interior excellent.
