Vintage Wedgwood Portland Blue Jasperware Aurora Chariot Ashtray Pin Dish

 This authentic Wedgwood Jasperware small ashtray features a matte dark navy body ornamented with a white bas-relief cameo. The central motif depicts a neoclassical scene of Aurora, the Goddess of the Dawn, driving her horse chariot over clouds, elegantly framed by a laurel leaf border.                                                                                                 It features three traditional rim indentations, allowing it to function beautifully as a tobacciana collectible, a decorative vanity ring tray, or a small coin dish.
