Age: late 19th Century to early 20th Century, (Victorian / Edwardian era).
Dimensions: height 10cm/3.9”, length 6cm/2.4”, width 3.5cm/1.4”, weight 230gr
Condition: retains a beautifully aged, rich, deep original patina and wear with intentional dark oxidation in the recessed feathers, giving the piece superb dimension. Both green faceted glass eyes are firmly intact, free of cracks, and clear.
Solid and sturdy with a stable base. Minor casting textures and internal soot remnants are present, consistent with age and genuine use as a fireside item.
