A vibrant example of Art Deco design, this Shelley bulbous vase (Shape 780) showcases the "Grapevine" pattern. Its vivid orange-red body is adorned with bold, stylized grapes and leaves in black and yellow and hand-painted geometric border on inner rim makes it a quintessential piece of early 20th-century British ceramic art.

Material: glazed fine earthenware/china with raised enamel detailing
Condition: very good vintage condition, no chips, cracks or internal crazing, some wear on rim and black paint, glaze spot indent/uneven near the yellow leaf from the original glazing process.
