Vintage 1930s Burleigh Ware Art Deco Small Red Bud Vase - Burgess & Leigh

A classic Art Deco bud vase from Middleport Pottery. This piece features a striking "pillar box" red satin finish and a hand-painted black floral silhouette band. A lovely pop of period color for any vintage collection and authentic example of 1930s British Art Deco design.

Age: 1930s

Dimensions: 9cm/3.5” tall, 27.5cm/10.8” girth, 5cm/2” top and base diameter, 145gr weight

Condition: very Good Vintage Condition, no chips, cracks, or repairs. Crazing inside the neck and a couple tiny, original artisan paint specks on the rim, and body, surface wear consistent with a piece of this age (90+ years).
