A beautiful, tactile example of 20th-century British studio woodwork. Hand-turned from solid Yew wood, this vessel features a stunning "bird's-eye" grain and a rich, warm patina. The base proudly displays the original lathe drive marks, a charming testament to its authentic, artisan-crafted origins. Perfect for dried stems or as a standalone sculptural piece.

Dimensions: 20cm/7.9” height, 50cm/19.7” girth, 12cm/4.7” top diameter, 7.5cm/2.9” base diameter, 670gr weight
Condition: good vintage condition, natural surface patina and rim scuffs are present, but masked by the rich, figured grain and shows decades of natural character. Authenticity lathe marks visible on the base.
